“OH FUCK, stop, honey, please stop….”
Josh’s impassioned plea brought Chris to a breathless halt. He gazed down at Josh, out of breath, pupils dilated, skin flushed… fuck, Chris had never been so beautiful as he was in that one breathless moment.
Josh struggled to gain control of himself. He lay there, panting, his eyes fixed on the gorgeous man who’d brought him to the very brink of losing control.
“Honey,” he breathed, “we’ve got to cool it. I swear, you have me so turned on, I am about to beg you to fuck me.”
A flush rose up Chris’s neck. “And I would have,” Chris whispered, the realization right there in his startled gaze.
Josh nodded, pulling Chris against his heaving chest, cupping his head in his hands, kissing him passionately, their lips still so eager.
Trembling, Josh released Chris and lifted his chin so he could look directly into those responsive green eyes. “And as much as I really, really want you inside me right now, this is not the time or the place, honey.” He speared Chris with a look. “Am I right?”
His breathing more controlled, Chris bit at his lower lip. Josh could almost see the exact moment when the fog of lust lifted and sanity returned. Chris’s eyes cleared, and he was visibly calmer.
“You’re right,” Chris admitted, albeit with a certain amount of reluctance, as he rolled off Josh to lie at his side, caressing his chest with slow, regular strokes as he leaned across to kiss him.
They broke off, Chris’s head coming to rest against Josh’s chest, Josh’s hand idly stroking his arm. “Josh, when we get back to the house, after Christmas….”
Josh cupped his chin gently, gazing into his eyes. “What, honey?” he said quietly.
Chris inhaled deeply. “Can I… can we…? Josh… I-I want to make love to you. I don’t want to wait any longer.”
“Yes, honey.” Josh’s simple reply was the only sound in the peace and quiet of the bedroom.
